Kenal Entity Graph
You have the data. So why aren't the connections being made?
Your customers, businesses and transactions already sit in your systems, in separate places. The links between them stay invisible: who pays whom, who owns what, which supplier sits behind which merchant. Kenal Entity Graph is the missing piece. It connects what you already hold, so you can see the growth and the risk your data has been hiding.

What your data isn't telling you
Growth
The business owner who banks with you personally, while their company account sits elsewhere.
Supply chain
The supplier network behind your merchants and borrowers.
Fraud
Applications that look unrelated but share the same people and money.
What Kenal Entity Graph is
Kenal Entity Graph is a planned relationship intelligence service that will link the people, businesses and accounts in an institution's records to show who a customer deals with, where and when.
Institutions already hold the pieces: verified identities, bank statements, transactions and company records. Kenal Entity Graph will join them, so a relationship that spans many records becomes something a team can see and act on.
Three questions it will answer
- Who with
- The people, businesses and accounts a customer pays and is paid by, and the directors and owners behind them.
- Where
- The places, branches, premises and channels those relationships run through.
- When
- How the connections form and change over time, so a new pattern stands out from an old one.
What a design partnership looks like
We are looking for a small number of banks, lenders and payment companies to shape the first release around a real problem. Bring yours, and help decide what Kenal Entity Graph does first.
- You bring
- A relationship question your team cannot answer today, and the data you choose to test it on.
- We scope together
- A first release focused on that problem, with designs you review before anything is built.
- Success looks like
- Your team seeing, and acting on, a connection that was hidden across separate records.
Questions about Kenal Entity Graph
What will Kenal Entity Graph do?
Kenal Entity Graph will connect the customers, businesses and transactions an institution already holds in separate systems, so teams can see who is connected to whom, where and when. It will show the links that stay invisible when each record is looked at on its own: who pays whom, who owns what and which supplier sits behind which merchant.
When will Kenal Entity Graph be available?
Kenal Entity Graph is coming soon, and we will shape it with design partners first. Partners bring a real problem, such as a business owner whose company banks elsewhere, a hidden supplier network or linked fraudulent applications, and help set what the first release does. If that describes your team, talk to us and we will share the plan and timeline in detail.
What does a design partner do?
A design partner works with our team to define the first release of Kenal Entity Graph around its own use case. That means sharing the questions you want answered, reviewing designs and testing early versions on data you choose. In return you get a product built around your workflow and early access before general availability.
